3. Estimates & Quotes

• All estimates provided are free of charge and non-binding until a written contract is signed
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the project
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service contract
• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Project Timeline

• Estimated start and completion dates are provided in good faith

6. Warranties

7. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work begins
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials already ordered or work already performed
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe weather or site conditions

8. Liability

• We carry appropriate licensing and insurance for all work performed
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues discovered during the project that were not visible at the time of estimate
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Property Access

• The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
• The client is responsible for removing personal belongings, furniture, or obstacles from the work area before work begins
• We are not responsible for damage to items left in or near the work area

10. Photos & Marketing

• We may photograph completed projects for use on our website and social media
• If you prefer your project not be photographed, please notify us in writing before work begins

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of Arizona and handled in the appropriate courts of Maricopa County.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
